HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! Haven't had a/c for a week because they buy the crappiest a/c units and they refuse to buy a new one. Way overpriced for what you get. I promise, you will be disappointed if you rent from here.
Poor Management!!! We leased from them in 2014. They never made repairs. Poverty level community with HEAVY drug activity in the complex and surrounding neighborhood. Manager agreed to let us out of our lease after a drive-by shooting and then went back on it. We now have a $900. judgement that we will have to fight in court to have removed. Parent company would not return our calls.
We Have lived here since Oct 2014! Me my huband and our 2 dogs! Last week's the management lest a note at the door "On January 27th, we had a property inspiration. (Side note that date hasn't happened yet...) we will be walking units Tuesday the 21st (side note Tuesday was the 20th....)
