Horrible customer service! He told he would come at 11am. He came 15 mins early and I told him I would be there in 5 mins. He left and blocked me, so his phone was going straight to voicemail. He didn't even have the decency to call me and tell me he was leaving. VERY unprofessional and rude!
Unprofessional. Cancels (2) appointments, tells me he didn't realize the weather was going to be this cold lol What a joke, with a compeltly I can careless attitude. As im waiting around with not even a followup phone call.
Joe came through twice this weekend. Good price and quick oil delivery. Then employee came to fix furnace and then another to reassure me it was working . Great service
Super nice, compassionate and accommodating!! Being in a tough spot on single income, these 3 things are very important to me. Joe the owner is the best. Will never use anyone else ever again!
JOE IS AN AMAZING GUY. CALLED HIM BECAUSE MY REGULAR COMPANY WAS GOING TO TAKE TWO DAYS AND WE WERE OUT OF FUEL..HE WAS THERE IN TWO HOURS!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. HAVE USED HIM REGULARLY EVER SINCE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM
