My family member has been here for a few years. In that time, ownership has changed and since, the management team seems to change every 6-13 months. Unfortunately, it never seems to be for the better. The most recent team seems to never be onsite. Nobody answers the phone anymore, even during business hours. I don't even think there's even a voicemail box. The only way to communicate is via email so I have no idea who these people are. Wondering why every single time we call to check on our grandma or get help with something she is trying to call us for help with, we can never get through? Emergency line goes straight to voicemail that is full and the main line has a mailbox that's not set up yet. Just confusing we can never seem to get a hold of anyone when it's needed
The manager there is very disrespectful. She hangs up on people when she cannot give them an answer. when did communication become a problem?
