The service was fantastic! I love mechanical things and learning about them. With that, I am also that annoying client that hangs out and talks, asks questions and is a pest. This service was no different but all of my questions were answered with a smile and enthusiasm to converse, reminding me why we went with Comfort First to begin with.

I’ve used Comfort First on other occasions for other HVAC work and have found them to be consistently easy to work with. It was no surprise that using them again worked well. Technician checked my furnace and let me know that it was still ok even if it was getting toward the end of its life. No pressure to do anything now.

My technician had a cancellation, called to see if he could arrive earlier and that worked for me. He was friendly, competent and willing to explain what was going on with my furnace. One issue was a mistake on my part and he did not judge. He was excellent a fine representative of quality work on behalf of Comfort First Heating & Cooling.

Jagger was outstanding. My furnace went out right before a stretch of freezing weather, and he quickly diagnosed the problem and spent several hours making sure it was up and running again. He clearly explained what was wrong and walked me through my options, which I really appreciated. He was prompt, professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. I highly recommend Comfort First—we’ve used them several times for a variety of jobs and have always had great service, but Jagger truly went above and beyond.
