Contacted several times to complete repair. Charged upfront in full before even servicing system. System repair was never completed and refuse refund. Contacted several local companies who stated that they never charge upfront until repair is completed. Had an entire new unit replaced for our system from a different company and they did not charge until Work was completed. Would never do business with this company again. I’ve been using these guys for years and my system as never been running better. Everyone from the the techs to the front office ladies are super helpful, nice and informative, my tech was Hale H was very nice, professional and answered all my questions, he even took the time to help me find my correct air filter. You will not be disappointed!
Dustin did a great job. He was professional, efficient and gave great feedback on our system.
