We had a scheduled appointment where I was waiting all day for technician to show up that never did. I called the office to see why I never received a courtesy phone to let me know I did not need to wait at home as the office decided to close which is fine other than the fact that I was not notified. Mark at Comfort Experts showed up on time, was friendly and professional and quickly found the source of our problem. We had been having a nasty odor emanating from our HVAC system. He removed the blower and found a dead squirrel sitting on top off the heater coils. He removed the varmit, buttoned up the system and his fee was very reasonable. He saved us from a possible fire catastrophe. We’ve decided to have Comfort Experts service our two HVAC systems regularly. Thanks Mark! .
