$49 charge before the plumber got here with no idea what the estimate would be. Needed a 2.5” drain line cleared 20 feet to a septic tank. Quoted $389 to run a snake through the system. Contacted the dispatcher that tried to explain the highway robbery. If you have a bunch of extra money sitting around the house… you can call me and I’ll do the dang work. Their business is obviously charging dispatch fees without an estimate and moving on to the next house. Do not use this company.
James did a great job explaining the service on air Maintanance n what had to be repaired . Thank you n I appreciate it.
Everything was as usual very good. Wade was extremely helpful and took care of everything
Had an issue with water heater. Called the Comfort Experts, the after hours service and they passed along my concerns. We were leaving for most of the day, but the technician was able to listen and handled it!!! He called me back and gave a breakdown of what the situation was and his corrected measures. I got home and all was working Great Job, from the tech, and the after hours call center. This is what Great service looks like
Our service tech was Mark, we've had him before. He is very professional, knowledgeable & doesn't mind trying to explain things in detail. From the actual labor to his customer service, hands down Mark is definitely one of the BEST! Both my husband & I are very satisfied with Mark as our technician.
