Had an issue with water heater. Called the Comfort Experts, the after hours service and they passed along my concerns. We were leaving for most of the day, but the technician was able to listen and handled it!!! He called me back and gave a breakdown of what the situation was and his corrected measures. I got home and all was working Great Job, from the tech, and the after hours call center. This is what Great service looks like
Our service tech was Mark, we've had him before. He is very professional, knowledgeable & doesn't mind trying to explain things in detail. From the actual labor to his customer service, hands down Mark is definitely one of the BEST! Both my husband & I are very satisfied with Mark as our technician.
Jastin was patient, informative, and knowledgeable. I very much appreciate him taking his time to be very detailed and explain every concern and the pro's and con's of each issue while remaining realistic about whether or not they SHOULD be addressed or not. At this time I only want Justin to come back and address my A/C needs.
