Danny was so great! He was very patient explaining all of our options helping us to resolve our problems with our upstairs ac unit. He got us up and running in less than 20 min with real solutions to resolve the issue. Very thankful for employees like Danny. Horrible company, do not do business with them. We've had them servicing our home for the last 3 years, and if we had a choice would not use them at all going forward. Every year we've had a different person come by, and at least two visits we've had errors left behind. The only time we had someone else service our AC unit we had multiple issues pointed out that were left behind by this company.
