I was advised by the technician to enroll in the membership program when I made a service call to this company. Over the past two years with the membership, they never proactively scheduled a maintenance visit. In the first year, I had to call in the fall to ask why it hadn’t been scheduled, and I was told they were too busy. They did not perform the maintenance properly, as one of the systems broke down due to a dirty component they had failed to clean. Daniel A. was courteous and professional while he worked today. He went above and beyond to help us understand the issue with our air unit. He worked quickly and quietly to assess the problem. Before he left, he made sure we understood the ways we could best maintain our air unit.
He didnt check the outside unit like the last technician did.
