I was a patient of Dr. Bacon for over 10 years or longer and loved it. Then he retired. Then here comes Dr. K at first I didn’t know how I would feel about it but I’m happy I stayed. Dr. K and Deidra are the ones I talk with the most very nice people.m
Sharing: I have a difficult time feeling comfortable with dental visits, but I've been going to Comfort Dentistry of Lansing for the past few months and have really come to trust and feel confident in them. Dr. K and all of his employees are just amazing. If you need someone and haven't made a decision yet, give these people a try!
I brought my son for his first trip to the dentist and they put him at ease! Great office!
My husband passed away in December. Gordy had Alzheimer’s disease, but died unexpectedly of liver cancer. He was a patient at this office for many years. The entire office staff, doctors, dental assistants were so incredibly kind and understanding towards Gordy. He actually loved coming to the office to see his “friends”. Rude. That's about all I need to say about the office staff. If you like to be treated poorly, this is the place for you.
I give this place 0 stars. I was told they accepted all forms of Medicade on the phone so I made an appointment. Before my appointment (when I came in) I was told I had no health insurance which wasn’t true. They set me up on a payment plan and I told them I’d be calling my insurance to get back on and to have them pick up the bill. I called my insurance and was told I never got cut off! But the receptionist told me I had no insurance. They told me my insurance ended in November which wasn’t true. Just got a call now saying ... read more
They are the most caring and compassionate staff of professional people that I have had the pleasure of meeting with. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
