I hadn't been to dentist in several years due to no insurance...I had a tooth break and got into the Raytown office immediately Dr Yates was amazingly nice and compassionate about my nerves. I thought my teeth were way worse than they were he fixed the broken tooth for me and did a work up for me so I would know how much to fix everything. Was much cheaper than I thought in two visits my teeth were completely up to par, deep cleaned and looking beautiful. I'm, so glad I called the Raytown Comfort Dental. I broke my front tooth over lunch yesterday. The lady who answered the phone told me to come in right away. Once at the office there was a slight wait since they had their already schedule patients to see, but they soon got me back and Dr. Dolson was able to get me fixed up and the result is fantastic. I would highly recommend this office.
Overall I had a great experience with this office. The staff was very friendly and the Doctor really seemed to care about me as a person.
Two visits and two long waits. Then when I get some work done, they cut my lip open and tell me it will heal. My husband went off and they tried to tell him it was my fault for wiggling-which I didn't do. We want our money returned and I will never go back there.
I had an emergency visit to the Raytown office for tooth pain, and after calling around only to find most places could not get me in right away. Comfort Dental got me in an hour from when I called. The doctor was friendly and listened to my concerns, and extracted my tooth. That night the doctor called just to check in on me, and scheduled an appointment for me to come in a week later just to make sure everything was healing correctly. I would recommend this office to everyone!
WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A YEAR AND ON ONE TOOTH I HAVE HAD 12 VISITS, 2 ROOT CANALS AND 3 CROWNS. AT THE RAYTOWN OFFICE, I ENCOUNTERED A VERY RUDE STAFF AND WAS LEFT IN THE WAITING ROOM 30 MINUTES PAST MY APPT TIME AND THEN HAD TO DEAL WITH EYE ROLLING AND ATTITUDE BECAUSE I ASKED IF IT WOULD BE MUCH LONGER AFTER WAITING 30 MINUTES. THEN THE ASSISTANT GETS THE CROWN STUCK AND CAN NOT GET IT BACK OUT OF MY MOUTH TO FIT IT PROPERLY WHICH WAS PAINFUL. I HAVE BEEN MORE THAN PATIENT AND UNDERST... read more
