ZERO STARS. They performed a ton of work on my upper and bottom teeth in two separate appointments. About 2+ hours each. Afterwards, I was have pain and sensitivity on some of the teeth that had work done. Their recommendation was to do a root canal, so more work. After getting a second opinion and switching dentists, they are now trying to charge me for my medical records to be released to me. DO NOT GO HERE.
I made a “new patient” appointment for 11:00am on 22 January. I arrive at 10:50 as requested to complete paperwork. Then I waited. There was one person in the waiting room who arrived after I did. At 11:15 I inquired about the delay and was told that a room was being readied. At 11:30, I gave up waiting and left. I called United Health Care to inform them that Comfort Dental failed to keep my appointment. I suggest your office needs to review new patient protocols.
