We are owed a refund from several months ago, I tried to leave a message for the office manager but her voice mailbox is always full. When I called back I was told I have to call corporate just getting the run around. they also don’t help patients get things done “same day “ false advertising

I wish there was an option to leave a zero. I loved the fact that this place could take care of all your needs in one place. I honestly have not problems with my services However, in the past 4 months I have been receiving text messages saying I owe for my daughter orthodontic care from 2022. I contacted the office and never received a call back from their billing department. Several times I have been advised the staff member is not in the office daily but she is there on Tuesdays. Save your money go somewhere else they have owned me money for 3 weeks now will not return calls. I went to the office in Pensacola to get help. All they said was I'll email billing and they will contact her for their decision on the payment. I asked how long that would take she told me she didn't know so guess I'm waiting longer. From other's reviews I leaned this is what they do. They charge they they get the insurance payment and do not credit you or give you a refund. Sounds like a scam to me

Had two root canals done at same time, two teeth right next to each other. The procedure itself was not painful, however, the pain from the post-anesthetic palatal necrosis was horrible. I now have permanent damage, over a year later. The doctor gave me dental paste to get filled before I left and all he said was that 'you're going to need it'. I assumed I was supposed to brush with it, he gave me no instructions - It wasn't until my follow up that I was told the paste was to put on the palate?!?! When I let the office that ... read more

Fraudulent company! Nobody from billing will call you back. EVER! They file things on insurance they don't do. They won't refund your money they owe you.

I went for a dental implant. They failed to follow up after surgery with me. And I was charged $450 for monitoring my vital signs during surgery. I asked why were my vital signs monitored so closely while I was in surgery, but no monitoring was required after surgery. It turns out that I was completely conscious during surgery and did not need to be monitored for vital signs at all. When I challenged the charge as unnecessary, the response was that's the way we do it. They did eventually reduce the charge to by half to $225.... read more

If I could rate 0, I would. Went in for a consultation for wisdom teeth removal. Scheduled surgery and was given the treatment plan. Was told I had to pay in advance which rubbed me the wrong way from the get-go. I brought the paperwork to my dentist who was shocked they were doing bone grafts. Got a second opinion from an oral surgeon that said absolutely not! I called to cancel the appointment and they stated it would have to be reviewed and that it would be done at the end of the month. Remarkable staff. Considerate. Dental work is uncomfortable...no way around that...but this group of skilled professionals certainly took care to minimize the discomfort.
