There's a court ordered parenting plan since 11/2/2021. The mother went to comfort dental braces and had them put braces on my 7-year-old daughter, didn't fix her 2 fillings or get the 1 tooth extraction she needed. They didn't even contact me but they used my insurance. When I went in there to have them remove the braces from my 7-year-old daughter, they said that they need my signature and the mothers too. I would love to give this place a giant ZERO! Dr D***** is a real jerk of a guy. He really showed it today. My daughter has seen an ortho before and they had to relocate so we were referred here. She’s got tmj and we were told by SEVERAL dentists and her previous ortho that braces will not help it. So we opted to do bumpers. The guy has pushed braces from day one! My significant other went to Dr. Gregory W****** for a Snap-in Denture Procedure. Which he FAILED to do correctly. He put an abundance of bone grafts in her mouth and the implants are too high. Which left no room in her mouth for dentures. She has been forced to grind her food for over 2 Years!. She has made several attempts to contact him, NO response. I had to have my braces off before it's done because i didn't wanna deal with them anymore. The way they treat me as a patient is terrible. Sometimes i had to wait for more than 30 minutes till they got me in at the appointments. Worst experience was when the pandemic happened. The last call i got from them was when everything was shut down for a month and i got an appointment for the following month. So i went to that appt and they were still closed.
