Something has to give, Went in a year ago to get my braces colour changed then the women just took them off that same day when it wasn’t even a set date for them to be removed it was just a “Well she’s done take them off” type of situation then they told me I’d have to wait a MONTH to get a retainer so my teeth started moving back which. These people have 7 different locations spread out across ohio but they only have enough doctors and staff to run 1 at a time. This means that they are only in each office 2-3 days a month. My son's braces broke and he has been getting stabbed in the mouth for almost a month now. I have been trying to speak to the doctor but he refuses to speak with me.
