I had a distressing experience with Dr. Dustin Dial at Comfort Dental. I initially went to have a chipped crown repaired, and Dr. Dial recommended placing another crown on it. However, as soon as the numbing wore off, I experienced excruciating pain and noticed a noticeable gap between the crown and my gum line. Upon closer inspection, it was clear that my root was exposed. I have always had a great experience at Comfort Dental. Everyone is very friendly and professional. My wait times haven't been very long.

Will not honor the $19 special on their website. Says corporate is in control of that and will not remove it. Beware!

Comfort Dental accepts Medicaid as a payment source. I have worked in the medical field many years & know from experience that Medicaid recipients receive less than stellar care. Far less. But because I have Metlife Dental Insurance, I thought that I would receive above Medicaid standards if I went to Comfort Dental. I was sadly mistaken. No matter what your payor source, you get lousy care. I went there only for a cleaning. I went in for a cleaning the other day and Dr Broderick accidentally broke my teeth. He had gotten mad because I was asking too many questions. He was really rough and irritated. Would not recommend him. :)

Comfort Dental in Delaware, Ohio, is a tremendous blessing to me and my husband, Edward. Today, Dr. Beckman and Christy, helped me with my front teeth and side teeth. They both did an absolutely marvelous job, and I feel so grateful! I can smile and laugh again! And with Dr. Beckman, I didn’t even feel pain when he was numbing me. I know for a fact that Dr August is one of the best at what he does. My only complaint is with their appointment staff. I can never successfully maintain or expect a callback after I leave a message. I see this as highly unprofessional and even discriminatory. I hope somebody in corporate office reads this and does something about it very quickly. When your in a lot of pain, receiving a prompt callback from your dental provider of recommendation is a must. Thank you for reading.

This is the worst place service and joke if a place first when I walked in I scheduled cleaning for daughter and I lady was rude and said I didn't have one even though I had two texts showing I did. I was in there two weeks ago everything was fine I had a filing come out and filled they said I had a small cavity and I said I'll get it done when I get the cleaning done came in they filled cavity said they didn't have me down for cleaning I said ok I'll reschedule they said they had to do deep cleaning submit to insurance I sa... read more
