I left this office feeling really frustrated! My appt at 8am when I arrived 7:50 am to check in I was advised oh they didn’t tell you ? I advised No! & it was mentioned the type of insurance I have couldn’t be accepted I never got a call about this. & if I wanted service I’d have to pay out of pocket. Then I sat in the lobby until 8:50 when I got called back even though my appt was at 8am. Once I got called back I sat until 9:15am where I never got cleaning, nor seen a dentist.
