Had a rubber roof put on 6 years ago, had to get a Clean twice a year from black mold because of the material. Now they will not clean it. They told me it's up to the manufacturer and the manufacturer will not do it anything about it !
I am unhappy with the black mold on my new roof! Was new after Ian. 2x a year I have to clean the vinyl edging!!! This is terrible.
Richard came over and did an estimate, the same day that I called!!. I chose this company because they took care of a lot of my neighbors in my former mobile home park. They are known for their honesty, efficiency, superiority in product and their integrity. The estimate was lower than any other!!! There's a reason they've been in business 38 years.
