Very nice people!
It's a bad area, the cops are always there doing drug bust or prostitution round up. I picked a stranger up that was pan handling and dropped them off there. The dirt roads are horrible with huge wash outs and deep holes that will really mess a car up, there is trash and clothes strung all over the park and trash everywhere. Prostitutes walking around asking you to help them and there is drug dealers and drug addicts walking around and it's across from a bar. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
