On Friday May 19, 2023 Comfort Cooling Heating and Air of Danville VA came to our house to perform a $99 annual cleaning maintenance on our AC unit. However the technician never cleaned our unit, he just caused permanent damage that would require a licensed electrician to fix. After the technician had taken the unit apart he told me that due to the state of the heat exchanger he was condemning the unit “by law”.
