Expected routine maintenance, and they completed the task in just under an hour after identifying a clogged filter that needed replacement. They provided a clear explanation of the issue and suggested scheduling regular check-ups to prevent future problems.
I was impressed by the technician’s professionalism and attention to detail. He worked carefully and left the area clean after finishing.
This visit was more straightforward than my previous experience with another company, as the technician managed to complete the thermostat installation in under an hour and explained the new features clearly. While other quotes seemed unnecessarily high for the same job, this service was reasonably priced given their efficient work and clear communication.
Our A/C system was struggling despite a previous vent cleaning, so we sought a second opinion and discovered that only half the ducts had been cleaned last time. This company's technician was thorough, completing the job in just over an hour and explaining how neglected filters were contributing to the issue.
The installation took most of the afternoon, which felt appropriate given that they had to ensure proper airflow through our vaulted ceiling. After a few days, there have been no issues with condensation or temperature regulation, which we had previously experienced.
