I have always gone with Comfort Control for my yearly checkup. Vincent came out today and did an excellent job explaining my system. Highly recommend using Comfort Control Specialist.
They installed a mini split air conditioner in our bedroom. Bill and Gabe were very professional and did a great job. On time and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend. Honest and great prices.
Chris was our tech today (April 15, 2025). He arrived earlier than our scheduled 12N to 2PM window as Alexis called to advise that he would be available earlier. He was, as always, very professional and friendly. He thoroughly inspected the system inside and out. As it is a newer system installed by Comfort Control just 23 months ago, there were no 'issues'. Chris reminded us to continue to flush the drip line and asked if we had any questions and/ or concerns....but no, we did not...all is great with the system!
Excellent company, completed installation of compressor today as promised
Our tech was very capable. No issues, nice young man. HOWEVER It’s hard to understand how an expansion Valve for a Trane System could take 5 days to acquire. You would think Comfort Control would have parts in stock or trade out with other providers. We were pretty warm for 5 days until the part was replaced.
