This place is a nightmare. My elderly mother went through summer without A/C because they “forgot” to order the parts. In October when it was 30 degrees out they fixed A/C and left without testing it and had to come back again. By this time my mother needed heat which was not working either... it is January and they still haven’t finished fixing her heat. Your mom has a home warranty program who she has paying for the repairs on the HVAC system. We have to get authorization through the third party prior to ordering parts for the system as its not of modern age. This takes time. Apologies for our person in the office out to lunch that processes these claims. We will look into to this on Monday. Im sure the holidays and shipping etc have also played a role in the delay. You can also hire anyone to replace the system and is likely what should have been done previously.

I have had an issue with heat and air getting to the rooms on my second floor for over a year and a half. I have had two companies come and look and basically shrug their shoulders. Today Steve from Comfort Control came and took my problem seriously. Within an hour my problem was solved!!! Both Steve and Cherry (in the office) have been so helpful. As I am new to the area it is wonderful to find a company that took their time to find what turned out to be a fairly easy fix. I can’t recommend them enough.

Huge thanks to Comfort Control today for discovering an unusual problem with our solar panels. Our energy production had significantly dropped the last several days and wasn't reporting on Enphase . We can't thank Cecil, the owner, and Bennett enough for figuring it out and discovering the problem!! A wasps nest had attached itself underneath a panel and caused a short! Horrible customer service and communication. My husband and I only went through this company because we had to with our home warranty. Took a whole day off work to meet with them at 8am and by 10am we had to call them only to find out the techs didn't show up to work that day. Um, who doesn't call a waiting customer with an appointment to tell them the techs aren't even coming!? Wow. Never again.

Wow! Really? Your compressor is seized. We tried to get it to start and it would not. When you have a third party pay for your repairs it takes time for them to process, authorize and send the parts they supply. They order the parts / equipment through their suppliers.
