My central heating blower motor bearings were going, and created an awful racket (intermittently). Comfort Control Heating assessed the issue, and gave proposal to replace the blower motor. There was a charge for this assessment visit. I hired Comfort Control to replace the blower motor, which they did on a subsequent visit.
