Great experience. Ac was diagnosed and repaired quickly. I feel like Gary went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly before he left.
I have had great work done by comfort champions. I recommend them to all my friends. Dependable and honest.
Southern Goodman came out instead of the company Comfort Champions heating and a/c. They never honored our warranty and charged us a trip fee and labor, which was not in the warranty. The technician seemed to be OK. But we never got one piece of paperwork showing the break down of the charges or why I had to have a monthly membership, which I canceled. Not a great experience.
