This company does not deserve any star. This company is a NIGHTMARE to work with. This company is inexperienced, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and they leave a HUGE mess behind them, including tracking tar in the house. Their inexperienced tech did not know even to install attic fan over hole where swamp cooler was removed. He cut new big hole in roof, owner had to come out and "seal" hole which did not work, water leaked into my home several times for two weeks. This is one of many wrong things they did. Thank you for taking time to leave your feedback. I will not disagree with you in that your job has been a tough one. We have responded to every phone call, no matter the hour, and tried our hardest to fix the issues. You did not communicate at any point in those two weeks that you had water leaking, or we would have happily come back. As far as the small spot of tar, the owner has already promised you that he would take care of it.
