I have always had great experiences with comfort central. Most recently Cory came out in below freezing temperatures and fixed us right up. This required he be outside for hours. He was very professional, had a lot of patience with our barking dogs and communicated well about our system needs. Later, I had a question and called their office. Nichole also was very friendly and ready to help.
When our heating system went down on a sub-freezing day, Comfort Central responded promptly, and Cory efficiently diagnosed and repaired the problem. A job well done.
If you want the best in the business call these guys Been using them for quite a few years now and if there’s ever a problem (me not knowing how to work the thermostat) they were right there when I called CORY WAS A WONDERFUL SERVICE TECH AND MERLE TOO
Corey came out and got my furnace back up and running in no time. Friendly, prompt service. Outstanding! ! !
Highly Recommend. Every member of the company goes above and beyond. They gave us multiple options and discussed the pros and cons of each. Ultimately the system we ended up with saves us a couple hundred dollars a month compared to our previous system.
