Couldn't be more pleased with this company. AC wasn't working today (extremely hot day!) and they came out in the afternoon and fixed it right away.
Comfort Central recently inspected my HVAC for general maintenance purposes. They were friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. Scheduling was easy and the technician was prompt, courteous, personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
The team at Comfort Central was great to work with, from the person answering the phone to Corey, the tech that came out and resolved my problem. They even sent me a message letting me know when Corey finished the service appointment prior to mine and that he would be there in 20 minutes. He quickly narrowed down the problem and was able to fix it. He also took time to explain the issue to me. These guys are honest, straightforward and very professional. I highly recommend them for HVAC service!
My HVAC went out and I called Comfort Central to fix the issue. Sean arrived on time and was very pleasant. I explained to him what was happening and he knew immediately what was most likely the problem. He was correct. Sean fixed the issue within a short period of time and went the extra mile to check out a few other things. I cannot express how happy I was with the service which was provided by Sean. I would recommend Comfort Central for any HVAC service.
Had a sewer drain clog and leaking into my basement. Called and Tom came right away and accessed the situation and had Josh there in no time and both were so awesome and professional and took care of fixing the problem. Could not have asked for any better outcome and great service. These guys are the best !
