Huge shout out to both Steve and Josh! Steve came out to repair an older toilet but advised his professional opinion was that the toilet be replaced, and Josh came out two days later to replace the toilet. Both gentlemen were extremely kind, efficient, and helpful! Also want to say thank you to Marsha/Marcia in the office for her time and working to get the issue rectified.
