My experience with Comfort Care was very positive. I hired them to care for a home bound client of mine and they provided splendid 24/7 personal care for him for about a year and a half, giving him a quality of life at home that he could not have received in a nursing home. They were very attentive to all his needs and kept in touch with me with about any needs or concerns. I recommend Comfort Care to anyone.
I experienced home health with different agencies. Comfort & Care is by far the best. The management is competent and really knows what they do. They helped me with complete understanding and empathy. I will always be so very grateful. Highly recommend.
They are not professional. While I worked there they told me to not hire African American people. Very rude to their employees and make them wait. And to people who interview they don’t schedule correctly so the interviewees wait a long time as well.
