I recently came across this agency and was in despair without a HHA for 3 weeks prior. Alone, disabled and infection needing surgical proceedure. Amir called me and was very detailed and went above and beyond in 1 week finding a perfect aid for my shifts and multitasking. At present the Aid, due to financial challenges is not sure if can work full weekly shift giving me anxiety and again maybe no continued care as I pre test for next surgery. My mom fell and broke her hip. She spent time in the hospital as well as rehab and coming home was a scary thing for my family as no one was local to help her. Comfort care came through. Ashley, one of their associates came and took care of mom and dad in an exceptional manner.Always on time and professional I highly recommend them.
My father went to a rehab facility to get stronger from being in the hospital. He was a fall risk. Lorna arranged to have a wonderful woman to be with my dad his first night there. Follow up by Lorna was always done. I appreciate all the care and special attention
This is probably the only bad review I’ve written in my life .In the beginning they were nice and very friendly, however over time they lack communication nurses where no call no shows nurses were late and unprofessional, (Not all but most)they sent a nurse for my 1 year old daughter who admitted that she had no knowledge of what she was doing they sent a nurse that was coughing and Sneezing the whole shift, and I never disrespected them.
