I was referred to this agency by the hospital when I needed to coordinate care for my father at home. From the beginning Lorna and Judith were very understanding of our needs and helped us through a very challenging time. The home health professionals Chelsea and Beverly who worked with my father treated him as family and made him as comfortable as possible during his final days. I truly appreciated the kindness and caring provided to my family during a time noone wants to go through alone. Thank you for everything!

I was connected with Comfort Care Nursing via the case manager at the hospital. When I first met Lorna, she sat me down and wanted to get to know me and my parents. She listened intently and then laid out the plan we needed to accomplish the goals that I had expressed. I have the honor of working with Comfort Care Nursing Professionals ("CCNP") since 2013. The company's founder, Lorna, is simply amazing; kind, professional, and responsive. Her staff is equally wonderful. In the few occasions where there was a personality conflict, CCNP quickly revised the care.
