They lied to me so many times telling me they will get me help and never did or when they did they would send Young girls with their kids to work or be on their phone all the time and if you said anything they would discharge me and call me a lier and said they don't have anyone else to help.
Completely mistreated my father! Never again will my family use this company!
I have been with ComfortCare since 2012. I have appreciated the in home home-aide services and visiting nurse as my requirements solely paid for through Medicare/Medicaid. As is the intent of this business and my desire, they help me stay in my apartment. As per any business, there are employee turnovers but for the client, ComfortCare desires to maintain a smooth transition.
