I wouldn't piss on this place if it was on fire . I can't get my approved cpap Machine with was approved in June but I sure can get the run around . I'll probably die in my sleep before I get that CPAP . Avoid this place like the plague
The most unprofessional, inhumane customer service. It is a total waste of time dealing with this establishment. This is totally unacceptable in the medical field -- I wonder where is Medical or Medicare to check this establishment's operations. We have been waiting for a month for a wheelchair for an oncology patient who has a hard time moving and visiting medical facilities. This medical supply does not care. Poor business practice with hospital bed rental! Shady and untrustworthy. 1.They told me to come a week before I need the hospital bed for paperwork but did not disclose that the hospital bed rental starts on the date you order and NOT the day it is delivered to your house.
