I cannot give West Shore EMS a rating low enough. While transporting my son on 3/10/08, they flipped the girney and dropped my son on the ground. My son had to then be taken the emergency room for a CT scan of his head and neck, since he landed on his head on the macadam, scraping it and causing large, swollen bruises and brush burns. He also had to get a shoulder x-ray, since he landed on his right side. My son is a patient with brain injury, and when they dropped him they caused injury to his head. They are a disgrace.
