We called Joe for a second opinion about our furnace having a crack in the heat exchange. He confirmed what the previous guy mentioned, but we chose to work with Joe because he discovered that carbon monoxide was leaking. Joe is also professional, competent and highly knowledgeable. We felt like we were very taken care of as he provided us with his professional opinion but also gave us several options. He didn't try to upsell or push for more repairs. He is a very honest guy and has great workmanship! Highly recommend Joe!
Joe is fantastic to work with! I’ve used him for service on my old system and installation of my new system. He is very personable, kind, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. He communicated clearly about arrival times and status of the work. He is very knowledgeable and honest about what is truly needed — Never trying to oversell. He explained everything thoroughly. I appreciate his professionalism and integrity. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Joe and Comfort Care Heat... read more
Joe was phenomenal! Beat out all other prices, (including costco with the rebate) and was able to fit me in really quick to replace my AC. He was realistic with what my system needs were and did not try to upsell me. Amazing, local, quick, quality, affordable, and importantly kind. 10/10 would recommend.
Joe at Comfort Care Heating and Air has been great to work with. I have used this company for several issues over the past few years, including a new AC recently. They are always on time, offer excellent service and communication, and have fair prices. Highly recommend Comfort Care!
