RecommendedBest dentist office, everyone is so nice and they make sure you are comfortable. I like this dentist office better than any I’ve ever been to.
Comfort & Care makes patients have 360° dental xrays that they state are required by law which they did not disclose during my appointment. When I questioned the staff and expressed my frustration about their policy and my dislike of having to remove piercings with no forewarning, I requested their office manager I was deemed aggressive. Stay away. After working a treatment plan for several months my upper front teeth were pulled in preparation for a partial denture that I was told I would receive in 3 weeks. Today I was told I would not receive the partial for more than another month and a half. When I expressed my frustration with the ever changing timeline I was dropped as a patient WITH NO FRONT TEETH for being rude and disrespectful to staff. Went to them for teeth pain, they removed 1 that was hurting me, and cut out 5 that was broken which is good, but they left in that other one that was hurting which was right beside 1 that was cut out, I guess you had to be blind not to see it needed to come out...
Went in today and the staff and Dr Smith were simply AMAZING!! Thank you so much for helping me, and easing my fears!
Very rude office staff. Stay away and find an office that is honest and reliable. Those qualities are NOT found here.
These people are great with children, they take the fear out of going to the dentist. When i took my son he had quite a few problems, they let me stay back there with him the whole time, which is very unusual now days, they great and i would recommend them to anyone!
