Ethan inspected and cleaned 2 gas fireplaces at my home today. He took his time and did a great job! They look brand new again!

We waited nearly 2 months for service. The scheduler was rude, telling us "well there are people without heat!" This IS our source of heat in our basement, and we had already been waiting over a month at that point. On the date of service, there was an issue again, and this then resulted in a text exchange with the scheduler again. After much confusion, attempts to put us of for a few more weeks, we finally had service. We were told the primary problem had to do with a remote control.
