Both heating and electrical depts are knowledgeable, competent in their skills, dependable and pleasant to work with.
Excellent experience...and Lee was top notch. Arrived on time, very friendly, and highly competent. I feel that he did a great job getting our dual furnace system tuned up, and explaining his observations. I would highly recommend Comfort by Design and Lee.

Two years ago, we had our furnace and A/C replaced by Comfort By Design. Last week the furnace went out on a very cold day - they had a technician to my home within an hour or so of my call. Noah quickly diagnosed and was able to fix the problem (one of the panels had come loose and tripped a safety switch which cut power to the furnace). Noah was very professional and friendly. We highly recommend Comfort By Design.
