Great choice!!! Comfort by Design was called for a 2nd opinion. First HVAC company did not determine true A/C problem. But, Comfort by Design’s diagnostic technician, sales rep, and installation technician were all excellent at their roles. Diagnosis of true problem was done smartly and efficiently. Great people to work with! Showed up when they said they would. Cleaned up the area they worked in and made the product financially affordable!
They have a very good sales pitch I will give them that, very nice sales person. But everything that was promised didn't happen. The lack of communication was absurd. We got a quote to redo our breaker box, generator cord, outside meter box, and hooking up our new water heater. We were told it would take 1 day. They came while we were at work and when we came home at 3 pm they were gone. We called and they said they would be back the next day.
