The people I interacted with at Comfort Auto & body repair were all very polite and professional. They kept me informed throughout. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here! The best customer service I've experienced at an auto shop in a long time! Overall i felt they were trustworthy, knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced. These guys are legitimately the best mechanics ive ever stumbled upon. I hydroplaned and wrecked my front wheel axle drive shaft etc and these guys fixed it up buffed out everything and realigned my very old accord for a great deal. Not too long after my brakes failed and near-totaled it. They managed to take a junked version of mine and perfectly restored my beloved honda for once again a great deal. these guys know their shit inside and out and are incredibly upfront honest and kind people. Got an oil change here last year for my RAV4 and twice later that day while driving on the freeway the accelerator pedal locked up and exhaust came out of the tailpipe. I returned the next day and they didn’t have an answer for what happened. After doing more research it appears overfilling the oil caused those issues. The car was ran smoothly after the second visit to the shop. Maybe just a honest mistake, but a weird enough experience that I decided to look elsewhere for auto repairs.
They are the best! They are kind and professional. I completely trusted their assessment on my vehicle.
