Even though I just started with Comfort at Home Homecare, it has been amazing so far! The administrator, Darlene is exceptional at what she does and has great communication. I enjoy working here and I would recommend anyone to this facility and the resources they offer!
The staff at this provider is very friendly and attentive to the details of my paperwork. The inside is kept clean and organized. My services were provided right on the appointment time that prevented other scheduling conflicts, which was greatly appreciated. QTC made a great choice in choosing this location to provide services.

Unfortunately I would not even give this company 1 star but this is the only option. We hired this company for my mom who had just gotten out the hospital after a very long stay of 28 days. She was very weak and would need around the clock care. They require a week up front deposit which was fine but now I know it’s because they can’t provide what they promise, which leads to cancellations without a full 24 hours.
