It had been 6 months since Jonathan and his team installed our new downstairs Bosch unit. We closed out the winter season with efficient warm air and now have been enjoying the cool air during this very Hot Summer. Our AC unit went down over the weekend and I called Jonathan with Comfort Assurance on Monday morning. He and Ryan came out around two and had diagnosed and corrected the problem by three. Very professional and walked me through each step explaining in detail along the way. It’s great to find a professional that is truly trying to help and not upsell you something you really don’t need. I will definitely call him again if needed.
Mr. Barnes came out extremely fast following our initial call, worked to diagnose the problem(s) quickly and had cold air flowing in the house, bringing down 90+ degree temperatures inside, within an hour. Even gave us some tips on their way out the door to the next one... Thanks!!!

Never having work done by this company before, I called in the middle of a AC crisis… And this company not only responded within an hour, but was the most professional and reasonably priced people I have ever dealt with in my lifetime.
