Comfort Assurance provided exceptional customer service and is definitely the best HVAC company in the Richmond area. They solved a major vent leak issue that no other company could resolve and corrected a noise issue with our new furnace. Their communication skills are excellent and they deliver what they promise. You won’t find anyone better for HVAC in central Virginia, hands down!
Johnathan was very responsive and took the time to explain every steps without over explanation to make things simple to understand the whys. He also show how to troubleshoot. I highly recommend.

Problem occurred Dec. 9, 2026. (Mini-split stopped working during the snow). Other companies had offered a solution at a cost of $1500 for replacing the compressor -which would not be avail. from manufacturer for 2 months! But I knew from previous repair visits by the installer that the problem was a 'leak' issue which could not be located.
