Very friendly and professional technician. Was very polite and explained everything very clearly. Respectful of property. Very thorough.
The guys did a great job. They were on time and very nice.
I was not impressed. The staff were nice, but I was not pleased with the outcome. This was for a diagnostic visit, as I was having issues with the a/c. The first step the tech took was to pull out the leak detector. The unit had just thawed out from being frozen, so there was still some water in the air handler drain pan. I watched as the leak detector was touching the water, and of course it beeped. At that point I was told it had a leak and the unit should be replaced (based on a FALSE positive).
