This is a money hungry company that doesn’t take customer experience into consideration. Please do not waste your money on these incompetent people. They misdiagnosed my oven the first time they came out by saying there wasn’t anything wrong when it was clearly making a loud clicking noise. Totally Incompetent! a technician came to my home to diagnose the problem. This was on a Wednesday. On the following Monday I received a call that my motor/blower.squirrel cage assembly was broken and unrepairable. It would require a new condenser and new duct work. All for a cost of $1405.00 I tested the blower motor, and tested all circuits, fuses and relays for continuity ( proper flow of signal and or electricity ) all tested 100%<>I correctly confirmed that the starter capacitor was faulty. This place is absolutely horrible and I will NEVER work with them again or recommend to anyone! My a/c went out in my home and they were called to come out for repair. They said they needed to order a part...and after weeks of no contact from them, I called to check on the order status. They were almost impossible to get a hold of, and when I did Pam was extremely rude.
