I am a first time customer. My technician George showed up on time, is patient, personable and knowledgeable. He fixed my A/C in a short period of time. Followed up over the weekend with questions. I am a satisfied customer and know exactly where to call next time. Thank you
Two years in a row waited for scheduled season maintenance. When I called asking why they didn't show up I was again told "I don't see an appointment scheduled for you today". Then when I called back to speak with the manager I got excuses about them moving, COVID 19 and they weren't allowed by the state to schedule appointments. We have always used Comfort Air for yearly maintenance and my husband would flush the lines himself yearly as well. We have never had issues, always was a good experience. They are very nice and very kind. However, we signed a contract with them this year for the first time, which Involves 2 inspections per year and also covers many other things. I hired them years ago to do extensive revision to the HVAC system to upgrade and stop air leaks. Terrible experience. They charged thousands of dollars and a couple of months later we had to hire someone else to actually do it right. One example. Ducts were to insulated. When you looked in the attic it appeared they were. But only the top front and part of the bottom were. Backside had no insulation. They had taped the three sides and not put anything on the back.
