After much research the combination of a system from Trane and the folks at Comfort Air worked the best for us. From the estimate through installation the process was professional and well done. Andy was detailed in scoping the project, Gabriel and Brian were a solid install team and Jason the electrician did a great job. There are so many options out there it was a bit overwhelming, happy to have worked with these folks

Comfort 360 came to our rescue twice. Our air conditioner stopped working during the early morning hours on a day that was supposed to be 100. We called Comfort 360 Aand our air conditioner was fixed that day. Rob the technician was friendly and knowledgeable. After 28 years, it was time to replace our gas furnace and A/C. Andy quoted three options, and won the bid over 7 others (4 of whom were lower). I'm a high demand customer and asked a lot of questions (blame Chat GPT). Andy was very patient. Once they removed the old system, they found an obstacle to upsizing the return air and had to create an entirely new return air duct, which exceeded the scope of work.
