Great customer service
They never answer their phones 20+ calls. They don't return calls 4 left messages. I need parts and cannot get hold of anyone. Such a poorly run company.
SCAM BUSINESS. BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY. THEY SCAMMED ME OUT OF $400.000
On August 12,2024 we ordered a condenser for our RV. The next day it showed pending on our account. The item purchased was in stock and we were told it was to be delivered August 15,2024. It is now August 19,2024 and no product. They do not answer the phone or e mail or return any calls or respond to messages. This is not a good business practice.
