The folks at Comfort Air made this experience, from start to finish, amazingly easy. Honest and upfront consultation to establish what I needed and, more importantly, what I didn’t. Even though it was Thanksgiving week, I had my initial consult on Monday and the new system was completely installed on Friday. The install team was phenomenal. about a month ago, we had our entire a/c unit, ducts in the attic replaced, and thermostat upgraded. dylan was great at explaining the process, essentially securing the deal, and the next steps to come. quincy & corey were the gentlemen to get the job done. both we kind, respectful, and confident in their craft. thank you guys for taking care of us and our needs. the only hiccup we had was scheduling. unfortunately our scheduled date for install was bumped without proper communication. the bump was due to an emergency, which... read more
