Awesome HVAC company. They are responsive, attentive, and helpful.
We've been clients of Comfort Air's East End Division for years and I can't recommend this company more highly. The manager, Gregg, is always easy to contact and promptly fixes any issues we have had over the years. He and his team just installed two new AC's at our home and were a joy to work with. Meticulous, clean (they all wore booties when inside the home) respectful and just all around great folks to work with.
These guys are serious professionals very impressed how they operate and do very clean work definitely one of better hvac companies I’ve dealt with. Would recommend to any of friends

called to get info on pricing (service fee, is service fee waived if repair done, cost per lb for refrigerant fill up, etc); was told by guy answering phone to email someone my questions for answers. called a few other companies afterwards and went with a company with a decent price and able to get in this week. not a good first impression....why answer the phones if you can't provide basic answers to pretty basic questions?
