I was very satisfied with my AC repair and the technicians were professional and courteous!
Excellent and extremely proficient
I like the way the technician knows his job. What I mean by that is he not someone that just have a job. He seems to care
The repairman did a good job, but he left the bathroom a mess. I had to provide the tarp to cover a brand new toilet, and he left all of the mess on the floor for me to sweep up. I was also very surprised that in addition to the $75 deductible I paid, I had to pay an additional $69 that was not covered. I thought a home warranty was provided so the extra expense was not added at the end of the job. I was never told that I would owe more than the deductible.
