On October 7, 2025, Comfort Air installed a new HVAC system in my home. The work was shoddy at best. They caused a small fire in my attic. My family was displaced for 2 days waiting for the smoke/smell to clear. While working on the unit an employee of Comfort Air fell through the ceiling. A repairman was sent out to make the repair to the ceiling. It was a rushed job and the 'repair' is highly visible. My main complaint is now, 7 months later, my AC unit is failing. I had a terrible experience with Comfort Air. They installed a brand-new AC system incorrectly, and from day one it has not worked as it should. What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve had their team come out 5–6 times, and the issue is still not fixed. Each visit feels like a temporary patch rather than a real solution. Despite multiple attempts, the same problem keeps coming back, which clearly shows the system was either installed wrong or not properly diagnosed. Cameron and Julian did amazing work . Fixed my electrical issue in no time . They were patient and listened when I explained what was wrong and they explained to me what the problem was so that I had a clear understanding ! Great workers ! If I have anymore issues I definitely will be giving them a call!
Cameron and Julian were professional. They obviously knew what they were doing. I had a different thing broken in kitchen. Julian went the extra mile and found the part on Home Depot.com for me. Definitely would recommend.
