After a couple of appointments I finally feel confident about giving an informed opinion. Satori Poch has been a very knowledgeable, professional, kind practitioner who asks the right questions and listens to her patient. She also is astute enough to hire a kind assistant in Tori who will made you feel at ease. I am very happy to be in their capable hands.

Received initial treatment for Alpha-Gal and in the process, discovered more allergies (although mild) that I was previously unaware of. I’ve been lethargic for a little over a year and the diagnosis of these otherwise unknown allergies may very well be the issue. Alpha-gal should clear up after 3 weeks. I’m buying a steak then. Satori is amazing, knowledgeable, and gentle. 100% recommend!!
