Staff was rude. No drinks or food in the pool area. Rooms and hallways smelled musty.
Front desk lady was pretty unapproachable and less than understanding. Apparently you're not supposed to have any type of drinks in the pool area. The sign inside the pool just says no glass food or alcohol. There is absolutely no type of seating area outside ( a first for me). It smells weird. Especially the 3rd floor hallway. The elevator is possibly the slowest I've ever encountered. Took a full 10 minutes with my arms loaded to get to the 3rd floor to even pick me up.
