Our Unit went out on a late friday night, called Saturday morning and someone was out to check our unit within 2 hours of calling. Mr. Walton found what was wrong with our unit and gave me my options and what he thought was best. I really liked, that without me asking he kept giving me details and explaining how everything worked. Not only did they fix my unit but I also got a lesson in AC units, that I really appreciated. We purchased our heating and cooling units through Comfort 1st and have been very thankful that we did. Life sometimes doesn't go as planned, and we all need caring, responsible people to be there for help when we need it. Comfort 1st are those people. We appreciate their hard work and willingness to do what is necessary for their customers. They put our comfort ahead of their own. This is a reliable company with folks who truly care.
The AC went out at 2AM and it was very hot. Called the 24 hr number and a gentleman was here in less than an hour. I believe his name was BIlly, but I'm not sure. There was a problem with the electrical as well as the fan. The gentleman went back to the shop to look for parts and returned a short time later. The correct parts were not available, but he took the time to make a temporary fix to get the AC back on. Well it’s hard to give a good rating when they never showed for the appointment to bid on a new hvac system after them setting the time and when I called after waiting for two hours they acted like it was miscommunication. Husband took the morning off from work to be here I guess they think their time is more important than ours.
Glad my wife called upon y'all. Kenny was the tech that came out and was very knowledgeable friendly and professional. I hope we don't have to have another repair for a while but the way things go we probably will but you all will be the call we make. Thanks
